some of the

non profits we support

Our profit goes to one of three carefully selected NPO’s every month. These are registered NPO’s that are within an hours drive of Vintage Coffee and are humanitarian based. Each person that buys an item at the shop, votes for the NPO that they would like to see the proceeds go to. At the end of the month the votes are tallied and the NPO with the most votes gets the profit. The entire concept is pretty simple: customers enjoy a cup of fine coffee, knowing that they have contributed to a cause, at no extra expense but with the greatest of rewards.

yenzani childrens home

Yenzani is not a place of easy stories. It is a home for orphaned, abused, neglected and abandoned children left vulnerable and in crisis. Our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment that improves the lives and empowers these children, protecting them from secondary abuse and defending their rights.

the lighthouse baby shelter

The Shelter was founded in June 2008. Due to all the unwanted, abused and abandoned babies in our country it was crucial for shelters like ours to be a safe home for these children. A place where they were loved and all their needs taken care of.

Botshabelo is based in Midrand where the Childrens Home, Early Childhood Development program and offices are located. We provide critical support and resources for our work into the surrounding communities and the community of Olievenhoutbosch. Our aim in the Early Childhood Development Progamme (including the Urban Kids preschool and the teacher-training programs) is to provide excellent quality education for all children as well as a solid foundation for further schooling.
